Fuel Pressure = 93psi
Well i posted in the Tech room but i ment to post here.

Someone said I might have a pinched return line. Any way to check that?
Also im hoping to get some feedback from those who have the 255walbro.

UPDATE:
Switched the guage to the other fitting on the fuel filter and i installed a new b&m fpr.

when i turn car off it sticks at 31 psi

there's your answer...

there's your answer...
35-41 psi is what it should be at idle, and im pretty sure it would be at 0 when off since nothing is pumping the fuel...looking at your picture you see the guage has a broken face, im pretty sure that the guage is messed up...when you start it and run it whats happening? im sure at 91 psi, your going to have fuel spew out everywhere since thats double stock...
if it would even run at all...i think you have the guage on the wrong side btw...

actually the system does hold pressure. i have a fuel guage on my car and when its running and i turn it off the fuel pressure stays the same. it will slowly decrease over time. but mine was always the same presure reading right before i shut it off as opposed to right after.

Sytem should stay at pressure when engine if off.
The guage is liquid filled, not broken

i have my b&m guage set up the same way as in your pic and it runs fine with my b16 crx.do you have a fuel pressure regulater? if you do adjust it down or try swapping the stock fuel regulator for another, it might help.

I just got the regulater today. Havent had a chance to put it in.
I would think that there wouldn be that much adjustablity. I mean when im 50-60PSI above stock you have to think there must be something else

you should have the FPG on the opposite fuel line from whats in the pic. Also im sure that your FPR has taken a dump. Let us know how your new one works

U want the gauge to be mounted after the filter to get a truer psi reading.
Wow 90+ psi is fawkin high. Put on the new regulator and turn it down. People always think liquid filled gauges are broken (cracked face), its funny.

Have u checked the engine bay return line?

Check your return line at the tank, I am running the same pump in my hatch, had the same problem right after i installed my new fuel tank and pump. The retun right by my tank got pinched. Good luck
trun the car on and pull the fuel pump fuse and let the car die the fuel pressure should read almost 0. if you can't pull the fuse (i don't even know if there is one) take out the back seat and disconect the fuel pump while its running should end up with the same thing 0 psi.

It goes to 0 when ever i release system pressure.
