Default B16 dyno numbers?

I was just wondering what kinda numbers people are laying down with their b16's.
My b16a1 layed down 159hp @ 8000rpm.

ebay special intake
dc 4-2-1 header
skunk2 im
my bad 161 was the other motor

I'd be interested in seeing the dyno sheet from that run.

That sounds like an uncorrected hp number with the mods you listed, plus it's higher in the rpm range (8000 vs 7600-7800) than it should be. Lots of dyno's I've seen can read differently for a variety of reasons but that engine with those mods should make more like 141-145 hp at the wheels corrected. Have you done any 1/4 mile runs with your car? The trap speed can often help confirm a dyno's readings for power.

So you hit 8,000 RPM perfectly on that car on the dyno?

The B16A1 makes only 160hp, so how can this kid make 161WHP with those weak bolt ons? what was the TQ reading?

I just made 162 with an intake, exhaust and itr cams w/ s2 cam gears and according to the guy who dynoed the car that is a wicked high number for a b16a2.
it seems impossible to make 161 w/out cams or some serious bolt ons. i would also be interested to see the graph.

Correction it was 153, still not bad for a stock b16.
