How do you take the plastic cover off the Steerinf column

as stated in the topic how do you take off the steering column cover piece, i need to get to the ignition so i can solder in the wires for my turbo timer, thanks in advance

I wouldnt of put my new CTR wheel on if it werent for that guy (and yes I might of ripped off the damn clips for the plastic cover) Luck I didnt and followed instructions.

Sadly, I've broken more panels and clips trying to baby them off than I have just grabbing and yanking the **** out of them.

i knew they were there but just said **** it, somehow they still hold the 2 pieces together, so i could careless if they are broken lol
