Default Building 91 STD hatch suspension for K24 or K20

Hey guys, my questions how I should build my 91 STD hatch suspension to handle the K's weight & power for streetable corner killing & eventually SCCA/track racing. (Drag isn't as key, 13 sec 1/4's ARE on my list ) Here's my HB now. My Civic : / http://www.d-series.org/forums...=1594

1st, what OEM parts from DA integras, civic/crxs, or rsx, tsx, & EP Si's should I swap?

2nd, what aftermarket Civic or other model parts should I get? I know where to get EF civic stuff like coilovers/shocks/struts/control arms etc. Just Im a sohc guy, swap & K n00b.
This is a Daily Driver, just wanna do it right the 1st time. I.E. Should I swap in stronger hubs & knuckles than 4-bolt EF Si? What are decent spring rates for a taut, street K hatch? I have civic wagon front brakes, DA teg rears.

Any suggestions or part lists to upgrade for the K are welcome, remember that the swap is the last thing I'll do. I want the hatch fully prepped beforehand.

The final ?? is of the 6 K series engines I list, which would be best overall, RELIABLE & a good value? I ranked them like this so far. Also which tranny is geared best for road course duty?

1.) JDM K24A (better torque than ITR, more HP than TSX, larger than K20)
2.) JDM K20A Integra Type R (Most potent @ 220 hp, best for power to actual motor size)
3.) USDM K24A2 TSX (200 HP, great torque, light tranny, less BAR certification crap; it US)
4.) USDM K20A2 Rsx type s (200 HP 6spd, most common on list, strong next to k20a3 US Si)
5.) hybrid: CRV block/type s or r head/itr,ctr tranny/TSX magnesium trans case
6.) Insert your K engine idea here! (No B's, H's )

P.S., the K24a isnt much heavier than a K20 because of the magnesium tranny case right? Know the difference? Thanks in advance guys! Mahalo.

with the REX a 2.0 is much bigger than you need, a k24 would be nice but you get hood problems and weight, and less rev's so i say stick with K20A or K20A2, there both pretty much the same, just matters on what deal you can get on them. also Hasport just realeased some super sick bolt/weld in mounts so you should check that out.

^^Thanks man, I haven't been to HAsport lately but called & they said the K mounts work for K20 & K24. I drive the lightest '91 Civic, 2127 lb STD hatch.

The big reasons I ranked the JDM version TSX (JDM Accord FWD 200 HP @ 6800 rpm, 171 lb.-ft @ 4500 rpm) higher are simple. In track racing, it takes less revs to make power, Way stronger torque, Not much heavier than K20 because of magnesium trans case & still 200 hp.

My biggest ?? for you swapped and track racing guys is what suspension pieces need upgrades first. Civic EF Coilovers? adjustable shocks? struts? anti roll & sway bars etc. Also which honda cars have OEM pieces I should get? I heard EF Si hubs/knuckles are strong enough.

Roads around here suck, but I think coilovers are the 1st mod I'll do. For spring rates, would race B18 swap springs be OK since the K's a bit lighter? Remember, this is my commuter & the swaps the last thing I'll do.
