Default R Compound tire wear - help!

Ok, so I picked up these 15x7 Kosei K1's wrapped in Kuhmo V700 tires that I plan on using for autox this season from a guy locally. I got a real good deal on them, so I wasn't really worried about the tire wear, but I was wondering how much of a life span these have left in them. I have no idea how to read r compound tire wear, so if someone could help, that'd be great!

Ok, awesome! More than I bargained for, do I need to do anything special with them, or just throw them on and let em rip?

Just keep your tire pressures in check.

Which compound is it? If its the newer (K9A) compound they might have a bit shorter life (6-8 events)

Honestly, no idea, is there anyway I can check on the tire itself?

It is stamped on the outer (I believe) sidewall.

K6=softest compound. Same as V710 I think?
K8=Victoracer compound?
K9=hardest compound

I believe the older the tire is the more likely it is to be a K8 or a K9, and the newer ones are K6? The V700s I picked up last week are K6s.
