Default billet intake manifold flange

I have made some billet intake manifold flanges for a b-series motor. So that you can build your own sheet metal intake. Also may fabricate complete manifolds or a weld it yourself kit. Would there be a market for this type of product? Just looking for some suggestions and opinions on this.
I did not machine injector hole. So you can use any injector.

i belive there is someone already producing a "flat" intake manifold flange.

it would be cool if we could buy Golden Eagle's version of the honda head flange, which has the injectors "bungs" built into it..... Its a really nice cnc'd piece of aluminum.

but than again...maybe we like moving the injector further away from the port for a reason......

Looks nice

The entry needs a little cleaning up there are some tooling marks where the bit shook or fluttered. i really do not know how to describe it i will try to get a better pic of that and post.

I am also looking in to making a h-series flange to. Do all h-series use the same bolt pattern?

No, but all youd need is the H22 version. You wont find many H23 guys looking for this sort of thing.

Not trying to be a dick here, but it looks to me to be tooling chatter, from having either your feed speed, or tool speed off a little bit. Aluminum is a real bitch to get right.

Thats Awsome, you really should make one for the H-series though. Intake manifolds for B-series come a dime a dozen. Seems to me there is a desperate need for a good flowing piece for the H-series. The ATR and Skunk2 manifolds are a piece of SH!# if you ask me, they lack the VOLUME, I've seen more power from massaged stock manifolds.

Anyway, I would also suggest that you make the runners a bit thicker so that porters have flexability when they create the port entry (ie. square ports).

Craig is the man, he is the one who made the flange and the manifold. He dosn't get on here a whole lot, so if anyone has any questions about the flange let me know, i will relay it to him, he is a close friend of mine.I now own the flange its the only one he has made so far.Its better in person. His race car is sick to by the way.
