i just purchased a 90 civic with 150k miles about 4 months ago. it runs rough whenever i run the heat. im gonna replace the thermostat today but recently a metallic noice started up when i have the heat running and when the car is first started but goes away when i switch to at and full blast cool air. could that be the water pump? and if so do i need to replace it?
