Wiring a Tach into a Tach-less EF?
My friend has an EF sedan MT, but no tach (DX?). I promised I'd help him with the wiring of an aftermarket tach that came off of another friends CRX. I personally think it would be better to get directions from an EF owner than to wing it.
So... how do you wire an aftermarket tach into a tach-less EF?

The same way you would tap into an EF that has a tach. The wiring is all the same. Either tap the rpm signal from the blue wore that goes into the guage cluster (the only blue one on the plug that goes into where the tach would be) or off the blue wire that feeds directly from the ignitor.
