on every honda i ever been in its in the same spot
when your sitting in the drivers seat, take your right hand and put it under the dash, directly below the steering wheel, a little to the right , search around under the dash its on the edge, its a little box like a 2x2 box with a button on it, puch it in the light will come on, hole the button in untill the light goes off
now i cant guarentee your button will be in the same spot, as iv never sat in a rsx or ep3, but like i said its been in the same spot in every other honda iv been in, and iv been in alot of them
if all else fails get down on the floor and look up under the dash on the edge
