Default 91 std POS interior!

Hey fellas and ladies, I am still new here and have been putting this off for a while but I want to do some homework on upgrading my interior. First off I have that POS blue vynil interior. I want to know what year integra seats bolt right on or what seats from the EF 9 series look like the integra seats.

I also want to add a center console so I have an arm rest. No arm rest sucks!!

Now I know I had this on my old Integra sedan but is there any way to getting a cup holder that is OEM to fit? The lap thing does suck and hinders my driving.

Next thing I want to upgrade my cluster to an OEM cluster that fits right on like the original one. What civic cluster fits like that? I had one from a friend but the tach didn't work and I had all kinds of warning lights turning on. Iwant this since in a couple of months I am upgrading to a B16 or a B18.

Please help a new guy!

Thanks all

Jon

Well I know that the Si Civics come with the tach on the gauges. I am sure that would fit right in. They are the same sizes. You could probably find one at the junkyard for not too much. Or if you wanna be really hardcore you could buy a fatty tach to put on your dash and then you could be cool. Haha.

One good idea about the Integra center console:

If you have a CD player with a remote you can cut out the spot for the remote on the top of the armrest. Then wire the LED from the remote to go through the armrest and poke out the front of it facing your CD player. Then you can glue the remote in and then you got a stationary remote in your center console. If you spend some time on it, it looks really cool. It is kind of like steering wheel volume controls but not really. It also works very well on cars with racing seats and harnesses. Sometimes if the seats are set far back with tight harnesses you can lean forward to turn the volume **** and that helps out.

i have the same car, but im getting my b16 in a day or two. A good way to get an armrest with cup and etc, is to go with the integra 94-00 center console. Its almost a perfect bolt in. For the cluster, you could get a jdm one, or if your just looking for a tach, then a cluster from a dx or an si will directly bolt in. Also, depending on the year, your gonna want to find a cluster from the same year car, so if yours is a 91, then try and get one from a 90 or 91. and remember, just have fun with your car

Only 90-91 civic seats will bolt up..Any other seat will need some kind of fabrication..(May or may not be hard)

Any 88-91 cluster will work,,Just make sure to use your stock cluster cover if you get a 88-89..(si,ex,lx have tachs)

The 94-01 integra console is nice..Looks like it was meant to fit

i belive u are wrong on the any 88-91 cluster will work

if u have a 90/91 u have to get a 90/91

i belive it has somethign to do with the plugs in the back

dont quote me on it.

i have a std hatchback and when i went to get a cluster i did research and it said just get 90/91 cluster since i have a 90, haha i even got a automatic cluster to lol

Yeah you are right..The 90-91 are the same..And the 88 is different from the 89 in the back....
But the 88-89 both work with the 90-91 if you do some re-wiring which isnt that hard..
To make your life easier you should get the 90-91 cluster..Sorry for the confusion

I put the 90-91 Si cluster in my 89 DX. No problem. Took out the three or four plugs and speedo cable and pluged the right in. I got it when i brother got hit by a Geo Prism. I also got the full Si interior but the Si fronts dont match up. I had to do some creative fab work to get it them to bold in. But i did and i love it. Oh yeah the rears just drop right in sweet ****.

no. You must use year specific clusters. 90-91 into a 90-91, 88-89 into 88-89.

For the seats. you can put almost any oem honda seat in there, all you have to do is put the seat pans from your original seats into the new seats, its a bit of work, but well worth it to have the stock mounting points.

the 88-89 cluster will work in a 88-89 dash....the size of the cluster is different from what i remember...the 88-89 seats will fit 88-89 seats...the rest work need to be modded....just do 88-89 si interior etc etc will work if u have 88-89 and 90 91 will do for 90-91...screw it is a honda you can make anything fit if u really want.
