ok, could be spark, compression, or fuel.

it seems you have spark taken care of.

someone else mentioned fuel

if your headgaskets starting to go, it could have those symptoms.

also, this might make you feel dumb, but make sure your sparkplugs didn't work their way loose.

well i kinda fixed it i guess. it was the o2 sensor. when i unplug it the car runs fine. but when its pluged in it misses. i tried a new 02 sensor and it still did it. so i left the damn thing unpluged until i can figure it out. lmk what you guys think.

thats awsome. well if you unpluged the o2 it obviously has something to do with fuel. now you have a vague idea. work at it from there. it could even be a pluged injector.

Not a plugged injector if removing the O2 fixes it.
Maybe you should test a different ECU... that's weird that it's missing and replacing the dizzy/plugs didnt help.
From what i remember, fuel not getting to one cylinder didn't feel like a cylinder is "missing" because if it can't keep flow after a certain RPM, it feels like 3 cylinders (no power, but steady) Missing spark sounds like sputtering. "ra-tat-tat-tat" over and over.

check fuel and for the hell of it do a compression test. I had same problem and just did a tune up and everything was fine. Check the fuel filter I think that was my main problem because the spark plugs werent that bad.
