Looks nice. Think about how it mounts though. What does the rear mount to because if it bolts to the rear shock tower, and is flat all the way back, that thing would be about 10" above the floor

its at an angle.. the white background is throwing your eyes off.
Looks like it mounts to the 2 bolts that go to your Rear Bumper Reinforcement.

i disagree, some people don't want to lose their whole back seat, so for them, it looks like a good alternative. the bar looks like it is built well and doesn't look like it would take too much time to install it or remove it if trunk space is needed.

I don't see this a good alternative to a roll bar.You roll over and you still get smashed all to hell.
Wouldn't a side end collision destroy the opposite side of that car as well?
Has anyone that has been on a race track tried one of these?
To me it looks more like an accessory than much of help if any. I noticed zero by installing a rear strut brace, I notice much more with the additon of an autopower roll bar.

this is exactly my point, i'm obviously not saying it is comparable in providing roll over safety, but for people who mostly drive their car on the street and don't want a roll bar, it's a way to get the chassis bracing benefits of a roll bar.

.....it looks like it bolts in to the rear strut tower bar area and then goes towards the back and bolts in to those bolts in the trunk area.
It looks like your spare tire area won't be accessible anymore, however.....
Alternatively though, you could mount a sub in your spare tire well and relocate your spare to bolt onto this bar.

thats a really good idea..... I am not a big fan of subs anymore, but still a very good idea. I got a cool visual lol.

I just installed this bar and there 3 point bar for the front struts. The quality on these bars are great! The wleds are awesome and the fitment is good. The rear bar is easy to install. There are two 17mm bolts in the hatch area that it mounts 2... and of course the liners have to be modified for the strut bar to fit. They also work with the tein EDFC which is a big plus. The trunk carpet would have to be modified because of the mounting position but its a great looking high quality piece. 1st impressions when driving were great. The rear of the car has a lot less flex and is a lot more stable when coming into a corner very hott.
