Just wanted to let everyone know that Mason Dixon dragway in hagerstown Md will be opening next weekend on the 5th&6th they will be running a test and tune both days..

Cecil County Dragway was supposed to open yesterday.............oops......guess the snow gave everyone some more time to prep their cars.........................

 

****, i still need to swap my motor into a new chassis, do a cage, and do all the wiring. Do I have enough time? Probably miss most of the season, but changing chassis at the last second doesn't help anyone. mostly run at capitol anyway. Any of you guys remember a green volkswagen with a huge front mount?

i'll be there for sure... Hatch is getting it 8 point put in right now, so i might be a week behind..hows everyone elses car coming along?? Is budget and justin ready for the season to start?? what about your car?? Cant wait to see everyone...were gettin close..

I'm 99% sure that US13 Dragway in Delamar, MD is going to be open tomorrow. I hope it starts snowing again though, as I need more time to get the car done.

hey phil the track has been cancelled for tommorow. For what i dont know but i cant wait to check out the newly paved track.

budget's car is getting close motor and stuff is in the car,, just need to get a few other things done.... Justin is sending his block out this week to get done... hopefully i'll have some money together soon.......U ready for 9's?????? woo hooo!!!!!!!

I didn't know it was being repaved? I'm sure it will still suck though, they don't put an ounce of effort into prepping that track. I may run there once or twice but, I'll be mostly at Cecil Co.

i also found out that 75/80 dragway is not opening at all this year, I heard that the owner is having health problems...so that will give mason dixon alot more buissnes

 

That sucks. I hope he gets better. I liked going to 75/80 on Friday nights when it wasnt packed from fence to fence.

Mohler should be testing his car at MD in the next few weeks. I should be out there for that.

yea, car is at AR Fab now and I'm deciding on suspension now, or couple more passes to see what this bitch got to the fullest extent..After the first time at the track then i'll drive it down and have the suspension put on..Howard showed me great stuff with Omni power suspension so they're who I am going with.. and 9's haha..i can taste it already..and I am applying for the license soon..

pickle ... i've been reading about those omni powers... they look really nice.. I've been trying to talk budget into get a set for his with the drag rears.... u know those tein's can't handle the power than car was making.... U had first hand experience..LOL He asked if u were back in town.. Can't wait to see what howard and then have to play with this year.....lol

 

Howards car is completley sick..He will dominate the T4 class this year.. I was going over some of specs and all i could do was laugh..Were talking alcohol injection and all..lol It will be interesting.. As far as Omni Power suspension, budget should go with it too, if he wants to get that car off the line and Tein cant provide that.. I gave it all i could to pull a 1.8 in my car and with a suspension, it has potenital for 1.4-1.5 60'ft's I can't even imagine what its going to be like turning the boost up on my car to 35 psi..I mean im only on 26psi now..lol..I know one thing, if I go through the traps any faster than 140, that seats gonna have to get pry bared out of my ***.. One hell of a ride it is..Were you there when me and brian went 10.70's together and the officals were bitching cause they didnt want us under 12.0?? lol goodtimes..

Yeah I lived in Gaithersburg for 4 years when i was stationed at Quantico. I may be out next week to help Scott assemble the car.
