i was just wondering and i notice alot of people wit tegs buy a second car such as a wrx. why is that? im just curious. why not an evo?

Actually, I don't know. But I would much rather have a WRX STi than an Evo....sometimes.

 

WRX is cheaper?

I have a 240 that I'm dropping an SR motor into. I couldn't imagine selling my teg though.

but i'd still take the STi

 

maybe I'm a minority, but, my teg is my daily. Not a garage queen. I've got 3 others which are though.

 

I guess people around here would buy a WRX for the bang for the buck and AWD in the winter in very fun. I would rather buy something a little cheaper and spend the extra on my teg.

here here. Personally, I don't do much to my teg, I just save and put it into my 69 benz.

 

I'm getting a eg for a daily driver/project on a budget, so we'll see how much money I'll be saving for the teg this year. But at least it isn't a $15k WRX, wish I could have my teg and a WRX.

ya know...I thought about getting a WRX instead of a teg, but, it's not quite as fun to drive. yeah, it's kinda fast, but, it's a complete dog before it gets to boost. My LS feels faster. Plus, I know my LS corners better than the WRX's, in stock form. I was following one of my buddies down one of our favorite twisties, and the only time he remotely began to pull on me was in the straights. He squealed through every corner, almost loosing it and yeah, he's a great driver. He's at Gingerman raceway all the time, and kicks serious *** there.
