the first container of carbing stuff hasnt arrived yet. i hear it will be arriving soon. but if you guys didnt know how shipping containers go... if you cannot fill the container, it will not ship. it is not cost efficient. so this is a patience issue. i understand it must suck to order a part and not be able to receive it ASAP, but shipping wont occur unless the container is filled. i dont work at shinestreet. but adam is a good friend that i have made through our cars. he is a good guy. and i vouch for him any day of the week. if adam told you it will be there soon, it is because somebody else told him it will be there soon. but if they didnt ship it, it wasnt because adam said to not ship it. yah know what i mean? i hope that helped. but i know its not going to make your product come any faster. i know you arent the only person waiting on carbing stuff. adam is waiting on stuff for himself as well.

Have you ever imported anything from Japan? **** is always late. Same with Germany, Korea, China, etc. Adam is simply passing a long the info he`s given from his supplier. Quit crying and tell that chick in your avatar to straighten her damn hat.

I've had a lot worse customer service before, so i kinda envy you. Most aftermarket vendors are going to lag to a certain degree. If you order euro parts, it's prob going to be worse!

That being said, i don't know the specifics of the transaction. If the vendor said that he estimates the parts will come at a certain time, and explains to the customer that he's not sure about the exact shipping date, before any exchange of $$$ has been made, then that's honest. If the vendor isn't sure when the part will arrive, I think it's only proffesional to say so.

However, if the vendor promises the part will arrive at a certain date (saying it will arrive at such and such date "for sure" certainly seems to imply so), after the customer pays, he is making an agreement with the customer. Lagging isn't good as is, but lagging for 2 months is pretty lousy. Seems to me, that if this were the case, the vendor tried to promise something to the customer they couldn't deliver, just to make a quick sale.

Again, we prob don't know ehough info to determine anything for sure at this pt, and i'm not jumping to conclusions either way (like some of you here) but I think it's helpful to know whether or not particular vendor happens to be reliable.

atleast you guys didn't wait 5-6 months for a greddy lip, you figure TRUST Japan being the parent company would have things rolling.
