I just bought a 95 civic and the E brake doesnt really work, how do i tighten it up
it sounds like a stupid ? but i never had to do anything like this.

 

open up ur center console thing where the e-brake is at and there should be two metal wire with a ten bolt i think and just play with it to tigthen it up....thank you thank you i know i know too much....your far too kind....

 

if that doesn't work, and you have drums in the back, open the drum up and adjust the star nut. if that doesn't work, your cables might be stretched out.
