Default Buddy Club Spec 3+ cams

I will be buying BC 3+ cams and ominman valve springs. I am on a budget and want to know can if i run my stock b16a retainters with cams and valve springs? Also, should i run buddy club cam gears too? I've heard the the BC cam gears don't have timing marks on them, so can be a bit evil to tune. I have AEM cam gears already, will these do?

You can run your stock retainers if you want but its only like another 80 bucks for aftermarket ones, i would definetely suggest that. As for the aem cam gears, those will be fine. My bc3+'s and omniman springs and retainers are getting installed as we speak. Ill let ya know how i like them. Look at jhpusa.com for the cams you can pick them up for 499 shipped.
