225/50/15 bfg drag radials (integra ) review
These tires are awesome. They handle very well and have a good ride quality. I have no problems with them not fitting right , rubbing , or fitment on the stock wheels. I have drove in the rain and with a light snow on the ground. They are as good on these surfaces as the kumhos i was running (712s). I would recommend these to anyone wanting to pick up some traction. I bogged my car down a few times untill i got a handle on these tires. They hook up very well and are controllable but you can still anhialate them if you dump the clutch at 6000 rpm or more. I have the jdm r 4.78 geared transmission in my car and these tires are what i have been missing. I havent tried them with lower pressure either as they do well enough on the street with 30 lbs pressure but when the track opens up i will update this post to reflect my track impressions. These tires look good on the stock rims and are highly streetable.
sounds good i was looking into buying these myself. on a beat up pair of the old style 205-50-15 bfgs i went 12.6 with 2.3-2.4 60 fts. hopefully this different setup, the slightly bigger tires and some practice will get the short times down some more.
