Default 1990 Accord Shifting Problem! Help!

I have a 1990 Accord DX auto and when it gets really cold (I live in Maine) it starts to take a lot longer to shift. Getting it into reverse takes a few seconds and I also notice lag when driving and hearing it shift (gradually I accelerate but since it's still shifting gears once it finally hits the gear the throttle's pretty heavy on it so it's like I suddenly jammed on the gas). Also it won't let me take my key out when I put it in park because it doesn't realize it's in park. Looking at the dash it still appears as if it's in-between gears, then it just takes a bit to get 'in gear'. This doesn't happen when it's warmed up so I'm not sure what's really going on. I haven't had it in the shop recenty to have anyone look at it... anyone ever heard of this?
