b series progress springs?

Default b series progress springs?
How well do these springs work? I had skunk2's with my b16 and they sagged way too low. Im gonn be running these on tokico illumina struts. How will these handle on my 90 crx? Also, how much do these drop the car?

why not ask progress? the rates are 260 from what i remember.
