ls/vtec questions....b16 cams with BC3/4 HElp
would i be able to pull this off... b16 head mild port n polish dual valves springs with Buddy Club 4 cams? or would i have to upgrade on my valve train.

bc4's are very aggressive. i would do the valvetrain.
bc3+'s are fine but dont expect to rev past 8300/8500.
speaking of that....i should do my valvetrain as well...
