word up, well you are in kansas so let me show you what you being rich can get you around my hood. i actually dont live in redwood city, but just to give you an idea, heres a 51 year 2 bedroom duplex selling for over a half a million dollars. ouch.

Around here, you can get an enormous house for $500K. My girlfriend's sister just bought a brand new house for a little over that. Her next door neighbor is the guy who invented metabolife (well, he used to be...now he's on the run from the authorities..haha).

only problem is then we'd be sitting around a nice big house in the middle of bumbfuck egypt thinking about how we could be doing other things like:

going to the the sierras to snowboard or wakeboard,
or to the ocean to surf and chase girls,
or to see free live concerts in downtown oak/sf/sj,
or to a different club every night,
etc, etc, etc. sucks cause i want to buy property out of state but i know i couldn't handle it.

Exactly. Houses here in Texas are super cheap compared to houses in Cali. There's a bunch of houses here that are like 100k that would go for like half a million over there

I think San Jose owns all house prices in the Bay Area....average 4 bed 2 bath house 15-20 yrs old is 600K

nope, peninsula owns, as seen in my post lol.
all the 2 bedroom flat tops cost over 500k in lame redwood city.

i wish i could afford to buy a house up in woodside or something someday. that'll never happen.
