So the car died again ...
I'm almost sure i know what it is thats wrong...but i'd like to get the input of some of you guys on here.
I was driving home feeling awesome (i met another CRX lover and we talked for like 25 minutes) and all the sudden my Rpms started dropping, i see them slightly recover, reach for the pause button on the radio and see the tach drop to the bottom.
So i ride out the small hill i'm on, and pull over anf give my girl friend a call to bring my tools. I start checking everything and i came to the conclusion that i have no spark.
So i'm thinking no spark= bad dizzy correct?

Believe it would be, check your rotor though. Could have possibly slipped off.

that just happened to me in my si hatch.. tried to turn it over and just made a popping noise like it was trying to fire but the timing seemed way off. i knew it wasnt my timing belt because i just replaced it like 1000 miles ago. got it home and the rotor was melted completly. bought a new dizzy on ebay and swapped it in, and started right up. i was scared there for a while though.. my motor has 211k on it.. thought i lost a ring or 2.. but its all good now.. my old dizzy was frozen though. i thought originally that just the rotor melting caused the top of it to bind with the coil, but i broke off the rotor to release the bind and the shaft wouldnt rotate at all, like the bearings seized in the thing. sounds a lot like what youve got though.. pull the cap off and see what you can see.. then pull the dizzy off to see if its all bound up. thats a good start and its only like 3 bolts. good luck.

The screw that holds the rotor on sometimes works its way loose. When that happens your car will act just like you described. Sometimes it could be the main relay going whack.
