I have an 89 DX CRX. After i drive my car for like 3 minutes my CEL comes on. When i look at my ecu it flashes 17 times and 20 times over and over. I was wondering if u guys have any information as to fixing this . Also my brakes are really weak i have to pump them like 3 times to get them to brake hard, any suggestions on fixing that?
