Well i went with my dad today in my brothers redneck truck to pick up my crx that well was ****.... first of all out of a list of problems....we pull in the shop (one of the shittiest shops i ever seen) and theres my car....completely distoryed...my boi shows up and ask me if i wanna hear how she sounds...i say of course turns out SOME GUY FROM THA SHOP TOOK MY KEY HOME (why would someone take any customers key?) well OK i guess? i go to my car and my jaw drops... my paints just about GONE they shoved a **** load of crap into my car (found a house phone in there) someone took my hood...the front tire is torn and tha back of my car looks like 2inchs raised, and its soo ****** dirty, just layers and layers of dirt is all over the car....doesnt even look the same when she left my house....i had to ask my dad for the money because im broke at the moment....i was going to take someone advice to tell them im going to file a lawsuit before i pay but since they misplaced my key i have to wait a while so i can get it towed so thats $416 dollars down the drain anywho im so fukin pist and cant wait till my car is back home so i can work on it and get it running....sorry for the shitty typing and spellin im just heated....

iv been to one of thos shops...it looks like a shack right? thos are the shittiest kinds to go to i remember seeing this guy parking a customers car and it hit the soda machine and they didnt really care..that and they did a shitty paint job on my moms car, was like two tone ..

do you have anything on paper regurading the transaction?

if not then you have a fucked up car and no way to prove anything.

 

seriously mani wouldnt wait another day to get a lawyer.i see people all the time coming through my work in customer cars.the guy italked with last sed they all do it. they go out to lunch in them some times

hey N.O.R.E your story ******* sucks the more i read your stories the more i wanna light shops up and unknowledgable people who **** cars up. like the 2 shops i dealt with i cant imagine anyone else messing with them and getting dicked.

i would be at there property overnight with a emerg. glass window breaker and spark plug pieces and the molotav cocktail. let it burn let it burn.

he lives in FL

**** the legality of it i'm sure they pissed alot of people off, too many to know whos pissed at them. let it die down.. dont let shop know your pissed, use gloves have strong alibis like someone buying **** with your credit card at certain locations not near the site with no cameras

the law doesnt protect the innocent. never gives the bad guys what they deserve. so find a way to have justice and peace in your own mind

 

I think your first mistake was paying for the charges after looking at the car. you should have brought down a cop for proof and gotten a lawyer. now there is no proof that the shop did that to your car.
