Default 40mm offset 16"rim with 225/45's anyone have experience? Will this rub on a 4th gen?

Just like the title says. I just picked up somw rota C8's wondering what tire to go with 215/45/16 Azenis or 225/45/16 BFGoodrich KWD's? Any input wourl be appreciated!

I ran a 225 18 with 43 mm offset with Neuspeed Race Springs. I did not have any rubbing problems (except BIG bumps or dips). It was really close to the outside lip though. I'm still amazed I did not really have any rubbing problems. I think a 40mm offest with a 225 tire will rub. If you use a 215 you should be ok.

215/45/16's should be fine. thats what i use on my rims... 16x7 43 offset
