i have an smsp prototype header for sale. this is supposed to fit a fourth gen prelude but apparently will fit a fifth gen with modifications. I have never installed this header on my car so i can't give you specifics on what needs to be done, but maybe Honda318dx can shed some light on that.

yes, this is authentic SMSP, prototype #2.. Produced great topend, midrange was iffy with the odd primary pairing, maybe that could be tuned out though.. Still, great price for a great piece of hardware..

It IS authentic, I talked to Dave, just not what I want.

The header has been sold to me.

He shipped it by DHL w/ a tracking number. It was 2 weeks past its promised delivery date, and a LOST CLAIM has been made by the shipper.

DHL told me that since I'm the receiver, that I need to now deal with the shipper with getting my money back.

I tried to contact the shipper by PM on Honda-Tech.com and by AIM. He has not responded since for the past few days.

This is just to wake you up a little. You have been so responsive before the sale, but now it seems all quiet. All I want to know is when you will be sending my money back to me. Thanks!

this header usually goes for 1000 bucks not 300 bucks. i was skeptical at first and lucky i did not send money.

I'm not ready to bash on the guy yet. There was a DHL tracking number he gave me, which means he did ship something. It just never arrived.

After writing this post, he did Instant Message me, so at least I accomplished that, which was waking him up. He told me that he will call DHL and tell DHL to just send me my money back directly. Hopefully, it arrives soon.

 

just curious, did you insure the package? wondering if one of the workers might've "borrowed it"...it wouldn't be the first time

Yes, it was insured. Blacklude has had some problems, but he is in contact with me now and taking care of it.

for a good guy.

However, I'm still waiting for my money.
