wheel size compatibility
Hi everyone, i am thinking of buying a set of rims / tires for my 1990 Honda Accord, the set that the guy is selling is 14x5.5 with 185/60/14 Falken tires and i checked my rim size ( stock ) is 14.5, will this fit on my car?
Also i can't find out what offset i need to work on my Honda.
The set that i want to buy i belivee are older Enkei Racing 6 spokes...price is too good to resist ( tempting ) but before i buy them i want to make sure it works on my car.
any help is appreciated.

I believe in 1990 the Accords started using the 4x114.3mm bolt pattern. You should first check that the Enkei's this guy is selling utilizes the same bolt pattern. If not game over.
If it does, you should also ask what the center bore diameter is. I think your car needs 64.1mm. If it is a little small, you can usually have a machine shop bore it out. If it is larger than that, it will be fine. Although some people who like to retain hub centricity will get a hub ring of the appropriate dimensions.
As far as offset, it is usually stamped on the OEM Honda alloy wheels somewhere, not sure about steelies. You should be able to find a value like "45" or so in the center area of the OEM wheel. If you know that, you could do some math and figure out what would be good for a wider wheel. But honestly, 5.5" is narrow enough and close enough to what you had stock, if they are between 35-45mm it should work without clearance issues.
