Default Does it matter how the fly wheel goes back on?

I was wondering if you remove the factory flywheel to resurface it does it have to be reinstalled a certain way to retain balance in the engine.I see that there are holes drilled in one side of the flywheel that I assume are bor balancing purposes? What would the symptoms be of an unbalanced flywheel once it is installed?

it should be balanced to itself, so no.
