Hello, on the passenger side of my accord, I have lost the low beam headlight. I went to Autozone and they said it takes a 9006 replacement, however we tried 3 different bulbs and none of them would fit in the socket. The diameter was too large when we checked it with a caliper by .100. I'm confused, is this headlight bulb a dual element and the other bulb is the parking light or is the parking light and lowbeam built into the same bulb? Can someone please shed some light on my questions. Thanks.

 

the low beam is a whole separate bulb and it should fit, im not sure why its not

 

Should be 9006 are you sure your replacing the correct bulb? The other is 9005 well should be.
