I have a buddy with ITR motor in a eg. What happened was when he drove in a puddle and in the rain a couple of days ago. then all of a sudden he got a CEL and his car stalled. I can't figure out what's wrong. I've check the ECU, main relay, distributer. cap and rotor. I can make it manually spark but not by the ECU. also when I turn the engine to the on mode I can hear the fuel pump. what can it be. TIA guys.
