oh yah, true true. but pretty much, i like it for whoever can come up with the money the quickest, cuz sometimes if i have to wait for one person, then they bail on me, i have to wait for the next person in line, and that is a long process.

so for each person in line, i'm giving them a deadline. ecko's deadline is midnight. even a deposit/down payment would show me that you're serious
