Default ROLL CAGES

Who would I hire for building and install a roll cage in my 90 CRX? Is there anyone around the St. Louis area that can do this for me? And how hard is it to get in and out of a CRX with a cage. I am a big boy, I am 6'3, 250 pounds of love , and wear a size 16 shoe. I would also like to know the cost of having a cage made? Please just a guesstimate would be great. Thanks gals and guys

We just put a cage in my buddy's prelude and it's kinda tough to get in and out. we ran a main cage, rear spreaders, and door bars and you have to kind of sit on the door bars and slide in. I'm 5'9" 135 lbs and it was kinda tough for me to get in.. don't know on a crx though..

My race car is an 89 CRX, I'm 6'5" 200 and it sucks. I used a Ken's Kustom Chassis cage kit that a local welder and I put in, and it required significant modification to make me fit in the car.

all i can say is get a removable steering wheel hub that should give ya a Lil more room to get in over the door bars as well as a little extra security

6'5" and only 200 damn I wish I was that little, I have not been under 200 since the 7th grade. I am smaller now that I was in 8th.

Why not get pins for the bars across the door? I know a guy who has them on his Evo and my buddy is getting them installed as well. You just push the button, pull the pin, and the bar swings out so you can get it a hell of a lot easier. Think it's like $40 for each pin kit, then the extra welding and such. But it's better than having to slide over the bar to get in, and easier to get out if you got in an accident.
