looking for a site to purchase them from. What car sites carry them? thanks in advance for your help

To be quite honest you probably want them used.
If the shop does not stock Advan wheels, you will be waiting quite some time. Usually longer than Volk on non-custom colored wheels.

took my set og RG's 3 months to come from japan
