Ive successfully removed the old steering wheel and taken out the srs etc ... all that is left is to put on my new JDM ITR non SRS steering wheel ..... how do i go about getting the cover off the New one in order to put on the 19mm bolt ??? I removed the alan's around the horn and took that cap off but that dosent seem to do anything ... HELP

 

First, you need to get a 88-91 Civic /CRX shoehorn so you can wire up the horn. To access the inside of the wheel, you need to CAREFULLY pry it apart from the backside (along the seams). It is attached by velcro and it fits very tightly. Pretty self explanitory from there.
