Default how to flush brake fluid?

it's time to change my brake pads so i thought i'd order some other necessary stuffs too. i ordered some Axxis ultimates from this dude in h-t and i ordered some Techna Fit SS brake lines and Motul brake fluid from King, and the King's rep said to order 2 Motul brake fluid because i needed to flush it anyway and i guess 1 bottle of brake fluid wouldnt do it. anyway, my question is, how do you flush the brake fluid?

remove all the old fluid from the master cyl. fill it up with the new brake fluid (sometimes you can just tip the bottle over and rest it on top of the m.c.) typically you start with the r.r. then l.r. then rf. then l.f. there is a 10mm bleeder on top of the caliper open it then close it when all the old fluid is removed dont forget to keep the resivoir full

after you get all the new fluid in, make sure you pump the brake pedal also.
