Traction has been a major issue with my car right around 400-425hp (just street tune) best time was 12.2 123 2.19 60ft. I have been reading all these posts on how good these tires are but noone is saying how they are fitting them under their car i got 225/50R15 bfg's right now and it is close as hell right now so fitting the M&H's seems a little far fetched. My suspension is JIC fla1's and they are set as high as they will go now so anyone with some advise on how to fit these under would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise it would be great that M&H might make a smaller tire that wouldnt be as diifcult to fit
I have skunk2 coilover all the way to the top on my 93 CX, and i had to shave my front bumper a little bit so it would clear when i make turns, but thats just a little sacrafice to get traction. i can post pics if you want, let me know.

Please do any maybe if you could take a tape measure and go from the center of your wheel to the fender just to give me an idea of the radius you have...
Thanks for your help I greatly appreciate it havent had much help from anyone on this subject other than roll your fenders or hammer stuff....

i saw those size tires at a local shop today but they were the M/T drag radials....they were HUGE. i'll be amazed if you can daily drive on those on a civic.
i have stock springs and shocks on my car. (dont do it, you will **** up your tires, my passenger side fender, was diggin a bit into the tire, on HUGE bumps) i would suggest a set of skunk coilovers, with a good set of adjustable shocks.
anyone want to buy them? the tread is still good as ****.

After looking a little closer it appears that you dont have a drive train in your car or do you?
If that is the case your car will sit higher than usual of course.....
I think the only thing to do is order the tires and just go through the process of fitting them up i got coilovers (JIC) so it shouldnt be that hard just dont know if i can get them to go as high as a skunk since the JIC's are a "true" fully adjustable coilover.......

Thanks again man for all your help and the pics
brian(vtec-dood) i just ran over and measured mine. im 23.5" tall from the ground to the bottom of the fender(same measurement point as in mighty mintos picture).
Could I bother you one more time for another dimension? Could you tell me what it is from the center of the hub to the fender? I think this would be a better way to see how they will fit....
Thanks

my bad.

so if i have some coil overs i imagine i would be able to jack the car high enough to fit them?</TD></TR></TABLE>
yes...... my car has the stock springs and shocks on it, coilovers with a decent adjustable shock(koni yellow or tokico 5 ways)would be your best bet.....
this is what happens when you run huge tires and **** suspension.

ADD .orig.jpg to the "link" of the image, to see the original, and see how deep the fender cut into the tire..
