Wow...I was expecting to see more people running Moble1. huh. To the people that have already posted what oil you use...Whats your reason why?

In my mitsu 4g63, I was running valvoline 40wt racing non-synthetic. The bearings were seriously hurt by 10 passes on 2 separate builds, showing major wiping and overlay fatigue (due to the wiping). It was breaking down the oil film and showing metal-metal contact. I will be running synthetic this season. Some other people's motors at similar torque levels show absolutely no bearing distress with much more extended use while running Mobil1.
The mitsu has ~20% more load bearing area at the rods than the Honda B18A/B stuff. I did this damage on a conservative tune at an estimated 800whp, ~550wtq.
