Default OBD2b to OBD1 Conversion frustration...

I have a 99 civic CX w/ D16y7 and I am getting ready to put my turbo on but I want to convert to OBD1 to utilize more tuning options. I have an OBD2b to OBD1 conversion harness and a P06 ECU. I installed a d16Z6 intake manifold with the 2 wire IACV on it and used the Y7 throttle body with the 3 wire IACV on it so I can switch back and forth during my trouble-shooting. I have followed these directions http://www.ff-squad.com/tech/w...g.jpg to rewire my ecu plug for the 2 wire IACV conversion as well as the 2 wire plug at the intake, but I still can't get my car to run like it should. At the moment I get a code 10 which is IAT but it works flawlessly when I go back to OBD2. I am not sure what to try next. I am thinking of trying an EX engine harness and maybe a new jumper harness, I just want to figure this out so I am not stuck using an fmu when I have all the tools to do it right. Anyone have any ideas?
