D16Z6 owners. How many of you are pushing +140ft/lbs and with what mods?
Just wondering what you guys have done to get up there. For me personally I'm trying to attain it N/A if possible with mainly head work and bolt ons. I searched, but no luck. Thanks.

Impossible

I second that. a z6 with a JRSC puts out about 130 ft/lbs....so im think to get close to that NA, sleeves and 78-79mm pistons but i'm just guessing here. And torque relate to displacement if im not mistaken so without FI you're not gettin 140 without some serious work.
120 ft/lbs. is possible NA, but that even requires plenty of work. If you want torque on a z6, FI is the only way to go. Torque and Honda don't really go together.
I put down 108 ft lbs with only a ghetto port job and an untuned street cam on a tired 140k mile bottom end.
My new setup...STOCK head with PM6 pistons, feels MUCH torquier, I'm thinking maybe 112-116 ft lbs....I'm going to build a fresh bottom end, do a nice port job, run a Skunk 2 cam, and shoot for 120+ wtq....I'll do it...just wait. Ordered a LSD and flywheel today to finish my transaxle setup, then it's on to another engine build

Not possible, especially if you want to remain at 1.6L.
Supercharger or turbocharger is the only feasible way.
