everytime i go to start my car i hear a clicking noise. i know theres something wrong w/my starter but im not sure if its a short to ground or its my starter seloniod??? if i hit the seloniod the car starts i check for voltage from positive post to starter positive n i get a voltage of .011v. what can be wrong??? need more info HELP? thnks

 

Your starter needs some throrough cleaning and maybe new brushes... go to see some electrician and he will repair it 100% efficiently for some minor amount of $$$...
