Default Eg project what to do first?

ok im about to get around 1200-1500 dollars when i sell my old car. my future plans are to turbo it. its a 94 dx EG hatchback bone stock. should i get a motor swap first? or Upgrade the Supspension ($700-$800) + rims and tires. which one first? im kinda stuck inbetween thanks for the input and im new here. so Hi every1

dont swap it just do the mini me swap and just get some springs and shocks

Alarm. Detachable steering wheel. Hidden fuel cut off. Thats what I would do first.

get an alarm, fuel cutoff switch, and as much security as you can, then get a nice suspension setup, after that move onto your engine, you can have fun with a car even if it isnt the fastest, suspension is by far the funnest mod

z6 cylinder head on a b7 block..or a y8 head on a y7 block for the ek's.....dont bother wth the engine if it is running strong....do some suspension work, and then get a full z6 swap with tranny, and build it....you can get a full z6 swap for around 400.....d-series owns!!
