hello, my moms car is a '99 civic ex coupe, black or FBP or something. anywho's, the dial that has the options for the air flow........ the thing with the air pointing to the head only or the feet only, or both and the defroster and stuff......that dial the top one....wen its turned, it still stays on the same deal. the air out the main vents only. we cant use the defroster section, or just feet, or just top......anybody get wuts goin on??? can anybody help?? its an auto also if that helps. if you can offer some help that would be GREATLY appreciated.

did it ever work before and if not check the harness behind the dash mines don't work to but it's cause the harness is not there and also check to see if it's lit up...

 

i dont recall it ever working, and yes it does light up. and i will try checking behind.........HOWEVER, i have a "eg" civic and know how to tear apart that thing, but not the "ek" civic dash things. could ya help me out on that one??
