I get in my car and it idles really low like 600 RPMS or soemthing, about to bog out and stall.....

then when i rev it when im in neutral when it revs back down it idles even lower and almost stalls out....

is there a way to adjust the idle or anything on a 92 Civic CX, stock with the D15 piece....
