Alright guys, I've got the urge to cut the plastic grille crap out of my front bumper. I want to do it on the one main hole and also the 2 other side ones too.
I had a spare bumper from a previous wreck so i tried it out today... i used a dremel with a cutting wheel, it worked ok, but i want something that will cut the plastic cleaner.. any ideas? How did you guys do it? I just want clean lines!! help

 

you can use a recip saw... then use the dremel to clean it up after....

 

use the dremel with a sanding bit , use the high setting and take your time
