Default 0-60mph time for 4th gen lude SI?

I looked around to get information, but was unable to. Even FAQ did not include the information. I believe C&D got 6.7sec and 15.2 1/4 mile time out of stock 92 SI. Anyone has this information available?

Thanks!

I believe the times you posted are for a Si-VTEC Prelude, not an Si 160hp.

That's what I thought... but I still want to see the published data of 0-60mph time for 92 SI.

yeaup.. stock 0-60 is 7.2, 1.4 mile is around 15.7ish..

with intake and motor mount inserts on SHITTY stock tires, i pulled 0-60 in 6.74 and 1.4 mile in 15.3 on gtech..

I have header/cat/shocks/springs now, so probably will be better i imagine..

for comparison, from a roll i stay dead even with an Eclipse GT v6 with an intake.. not bad for a little Si.. of course.. I will be turbo very soon :D

I had a 1992 Si/4WS and I ran a 15.8 1/4 all stock full interior w/o spare and a lot of wheel spin. I imagine with a better start I could have got 15.5 or so.

you either have no compression in that H23 or you have a F22 SOHC NON VTEC

Maybe his car is like mine and has been sitting apart waiting for turbo for 2 months. With a little help I could maybe finish a 1/4 mile

Since the Si is lighter then the Si/4ws I would say yes.

i counted/estimated 7.2 for 0-60 (might not be accurate). my setup is in my sig but i didnt have the springs when i did this. both me and my bro were in the car and a jump start/tire pump box was in the back.

Yup i have/had a european Si without the 4ws. With minor mods i was even faster then the Vtec. The Vtec preludes over here weigh 2880 pounds(on paper). My Si weighed 2590pounds. I removed the Airconditioning emptied my trunk and of course i don't have the 4ws. With minor mods i was able to beat an integra type R at our local streetraces. (link below)Now i'm building my H22 JDM.

H23:

Empty trunk
Flapper valve removed
Fuel pressure regulator
Cold air intake
3inch custom exhaust
HKS hypowermuffler
Airco removed
Ignition amplifier
magnecor 8.5 wires
External coil(bobine).

Integra Type R

Cold air intake
DC sports header
Invidia Exhaust systeem
Field vtec controller
FPR

It's hard to tell if you actually beat an ITR or not from the video. It seems like you had much better reaction time than ITR. Was ITR catching up at the end?

That was just one of the 3 times he tried racing me. I won by about 3 car lengths everytime. I just stopped pulling on him at end 3rd gear. We also did a highway battle (60 mph roll to topspeed) were i pulled about 2 cars lengths on him and that was at 240km/h or something. i'll see if i can find another vid of me vs some other cars and host them, but i still need get them off tape and convert them and upload them on a site or something.

A friend of mine with his prelude Vtec racing against a civic sedan with an integra type R engine.
