bad *** but sucsk when teh motor is running and gettign jacked it would be lease lickey that they would turn it off anywhere near you so thats the main downside to it
Looks cool but if someone did jack your car couldnt they just remove the thing and then be able to start it?
I like the magnetic fuel cut off a little more I think.

why?
thats not gonna stop anyone other than an amatuer.
ill bet its a 4 wire install, ignition in, ignition out, power, ground. no thief who is any good at what he does will be slowed down by that for more than 10 seconds, just rip and connect the 2 wires.

very true, the thing looks like it functions like a relay and the keypad is the switch. You can probably hide it somewhere (looks kinda bulky), instead of ignition in + out, you can cut power to the ecu, fuel pump, etc... even make a connector so you can yank it out, and leave the other end of the connector in the car somewhere hidden, like in the carpet - so you'd have to plug the keypad in to start the car. Just a random thought tho, like you said, a flatbead/towtruck and its theirs, you can NEVER stop them but you can ALWAYS slow them down. Plus, they probably won't sit there fiddling with wires forever, they'll probably yank some gauges, or a radio if they're that desperate and flee the scene if they can't take the whole car. If it comes to it, I'd rather go to work with no music than take the bus to work (If I don't catch the bastards in the act).

yep...nothing is 100% proof...

thats actually a pretty good device....that is IF: the keypad is well hidden and if it used on something other than the ignition...think about it, instead of a simple switch anyone can flip, this has a code...plus the wires look to be all heatshrinked together and unlabeled, so unless the theif has quite a bit of time to **** around finding the hidden keypad then disabling it, it looks like a good thing to have to go along with other security devices..

just remove your main relay its the oem kill switch. or
boot it and forget it.. and if you cant hear the tow truck lifting your car up. you deserve to get the car taken from you.

dude, who the hell has time to boot their car and pop their hood to remove the main relay when ever they go somewhere? i would prefer to have alot of "cheap" security measures..that unless you know about and personally installed you will have a very hard time bypassing them all...

i guess your not too familiar with your car. your main relay doesnt require you to pop your hood.. i would seriously take a look at your car and learn about it more before you make such comments.
and i guess you didnt read what i posted above your post did you . if you aint got less than a minute to spend with your car putting a boot on i guess your alot more busy than me ( i work 256 hrs a month)
