hey guys, i took the rear seats and everything behind it including trunk parts. my question is whats a good way to clean the dirt underneath the trunk and rear seats. heres some pixs

 

go to Pep Boys or whatnot and try '3M general adhesive remover'. It doesnt hurt paint and takes most things right off with some scrubbing.

If that doesnt work, you could sand it down and rattlecan it with some matching paint from Pep Boys

 

Unless that's tar leftovers? Dry ice and a chisel

he's not trying to get off the sound deadening material... it's dirt.

what i did was i sprayed Simple Green on the dirty spots and wiped it down with a rag. don't let it sit very long though. or you can try good ol soap and water.

 

I used diluted Windex. Cleans pretty good.

ok guys flame away but im 17 and dont know what diluted means?!

 

hahaha, i knew what it meant when i was in elementary. LOL. it means mix it with water. meaning, it's not PURE windex. dilute = kinda like a mix of something else. kinda like radiator fluid.
