I've been running my PE belt with toda b and toda c cams for quite some time.
Any chance there is an PE timing belt application for a dart or other talldeck/ deckplate motor?

If you think about the kit with an offset idler gear and electric water pump, I made an enquiry about this a couple of months ago to GE and they told me they had stopped making them. I got me a Meziere water pump and have fabbed up a custom idler gear adapter myself so I can keep on using stock lenght belts as i believe PE does not offer a belt for the talldeck Dart block.
