Default Accord F22 Vtec??

Doesn't the 95-97 Accord have the F22b1 in the base model? The 92-96 Preludes have the F22b2 non-VTEC motor as the base. Now what I was wondering is would it be possible to take the VTEC head off and bolt it to an older (92-96) F22b2 block? I realize that hp wouldn't be much greater, but wouldn't there be a lot more possiblity to play with the internals? Any ideas??

base model 5G Accords (94-97) had the non-VTEC F22B2, the EXs had the F22B1 motor (VTEC). as for bolting on the F22B1 head, it'll fit, but you'll have to acquire more parts than i can list, and a different ECU... you might need a different fuel pump too... i just don't have the time to go through my Helms at the moment to list out everything you'd need for a head sway...
